Cincy Dance Studio, LLC is located in Madeira, Ohio and attracts dancers from all over the greater Cincinnati area. We offer two spacious studios for learning along with programs in a wide range of dance styles. The studios are also available for rental to fitness groups, birthday parties and rehearsal space.

The atmosphere at Cincy Dance is always welcoming and fun, catering to people of all levels, from the absolute beginner to the advanced student. Classes are offered in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Pointe, Hip Hop, Technique and Fitness. Ages 3- Adult, Beginner- Advanced. The studio has also hosts workshops with dancers from touring Broadway shows as well as dancers touring with major recording artist. The studio also offers competitive dancing with our team, The Cincy STARS! The STARS have won numerous achievements including, 2017 Industry Dance Award, Rainbow & ID Dance 2019 Most Entertaining Choreography, Star Systems Top Teachers 2017 and 2018, Star Systems Top Studio Award 2018 & multiple National Championships, Most Entertaining Dance Group and numerous other high scores, scholarships and judges awards during their 16 seasons.

CINCY DANCE STUDIO – INSTRUCTORS:

Lauren Andrews – Owner / Instructor

Lauren began her dance training at the age of 3, where she studied at top studios in Richmond, VA. Ever since then she dreamed about sharing her passion for dance with others. Lauren was inducted into the Richmond Ballet during Fall of 1996, making her the youngest member to receive the honor. Shortly after studying ballet, Lauren begin to make a name for herself on the competition circuit winning many ballet, lyrical, tap and jazz solo awards. Lauren was selected to be a member of the 2001 Dance Caravan Kids, traveling the nation performing and assisting choreographers in workshops. Also during that summer Lauren took the main stage in Walt Disney World to perform a variety of dance forms. Lauren has had the pleasure of choreographing for multiple studios, recording artists, and High School competition teams in Ohio, Kentucky and the Carolina’s. Entering her 16th years as owner and instructor at Cincy Dance, Lauren has won multiple awards in creating many top scores and first overall dances in the categories of Tap, Jazz, Lyrical & Hip Hop. Lauren has also received many Specialty Awards at various competitions for choreography, costume, and entertainment. Lauren continues her dance education by attending workshops and taking class from world renown choreographers. She always brings fresh ideas and cutting edge choreography back to the studio, while focusing on dance technique. Her upbeat personality and creative energy helps motivate students in each class to achieve their full potential.

Mollie Romito – Instructor

Mollie has been dancing since the age of 5 and continues to share her passion for dance through teaching. She has trained for 20 years in ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, tap, musical theater, hip hop and pom. Mollie competed at a regional, state and national level in a variety of styles, routines and solos. Her training took her to a collegiate level at Miami University where her team placed in the top ten in the nation for 3 consecutive years at NDA College Nationals. She went on to graduate as a two-time All-American. Today, Mollie enjoys taking classes from top choreographers in the industry to bring fresh and creative ideas to Cincy Dance Studio and the Cincy STARS where she will begin her 4th year of teaching. She brings an upbeat and high energy attitude to the studio and challenges students to push themselves in every class.

Alexandria Wright – Instructor

Alexandria Wright Alexandria Wright grew up in Bel Air, Maryland where she began dancing at the age of five. She began her dance training at County Ballet, a small studio in her hometown. She then attended The Baltimore School for the Arts, for high school as a Dance Major. Throughout high school and college Alexandria attended various summer programs, including Anaheim Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Los Angeles Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, and Cincinnati Ballet. She moved to Cincinnati in 2015 to attend the College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati as a Ballet Major. She graduated from the Ballet program with her BFA in December 2018 and will be going back to CCM in the fall to get her master’s degree in Arts Administration.
