Cincy Dance Studio, LLC is located in Madeira, Ohio and attracts dancers from all over the greater Cincinnati area. We offer two spacious studios for learning along with programs in a wide range of dance styles. The studios are also available for rental to fitness groups, birthday parties and rehearsal space.
The atmosphere at Cincy Dance is always welcoming and fun, catering to people of all levels, from the absolute beginner to the advanced student. Classes are offered in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Pointe, Hip Hop, Technique and Acro. Ages 3- Adult, Beginner- Advanced. The studio also offers competitive dancing with our team, The Cincy STARS! The STARS have won numerous achievements and overall awards including Most Entertaining, Creative Concepts, Choreography, Emotional Execution and Costuming during their 19 seasons.

Lauren Grove – Owner / Instructor
Lauren began dancing at the age of three, training at some of the top dance studios in Richmond, Virginia. From an early age, she discovered not only a love for dance but also a passion for inspiring others through movement, creativity, and education.
Now celebrating her 19th year as Owner and Director of Cincy Dance, Lauren has built a reputation for excellence in dance education, choreography, and mentorship. Under her leadership, Cincy Dance has developed countless confident, accomplished dancers while fostering a positive, encouraging environment where every student is challenged to reach their full potential.
An award-winning choreographer, Lauren has earned numerous Overall High Score, Top Score, and First Overall awards in Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Musical Theatre. Her work has also received multiple specialty awards recognizing outstanding choreography, innovative costumes, and exceptional entertainment value at both regional and national competitions.
Dedicated to staying at the forefront of the dance industry, Lauren continues to train with world-renowned choreographers through workshops and professional development opportunities. She has choreographed for dance studios, recording artists, and high school competition teams throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, and the Carolinas, bringing fresh ideas, current trends, and cutting-edge choreography back to Cincy Dance each season.
Lauren believes that great dancers are built on strong technical foundations, confidence, discipline, and a genuine love for the art of dance. Her energetic teaching style, creative vision, and unwavering commitment to each student’s growth have made Cincy Dance a place where dancers not only excel on stage but also develop lifelong skills that extend far beyond the studio.
Jayne Friscia
Jayne is originally from San Diego, California, where she trained at San Diego Civic Youth Ballet. She holds a degree from the University of California, Irvine, receiving the Cloud Hsueh Scholarship for Outstanding Student in Dance upon graduation. In 2022, she was chosen as a dancer for SALT Dance’s LINK Festival, where she had the pleasure of performing in an original work by Omar Román de Jesús. Jayne has danced professionally with City Ballet of San Diego’s Studio Company, as a Company Artist with Ballet Quad Cities, and as a Guest Artist with Chicago Repertory Ballet. Jayne is currently entering her second season with De La Dance Company!
Jenna Kahn
Jenna Khan is a dynamic dance educator and performer specializing in Tap and Commercial Hip Hop. With 18 years of dance experience, she recently earned her BFA in Dance Performance from Northern Kentucky University. Jenna has taught at over 10 dance studios throughout the region, bringing a versatile background and passion for movement.
Known for her focus on style, individuality, and creative expression, Jenna encourages dancers to explore unique ways of moving while building strong technical foundations. Jenna continues to pursue her path in choreography and dance instruction and looks forward to sharing her love of dance with the next generation of performers.
Lauren Storm
Lauren Storm began her dance career at a young age training in various styles of dance in Dayton Ohio. She competed with her Studio and High School team. Lauren continued her dance career at the University of Cincinnati where she was a member of the Varsity Dance Team, winning 2 National Championships and 3 World Championships in hip hop and Pom. Lauren began her professional dance career with Exhale Dance Tribe, where she trained and performed for 3 seasons. After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations she moved to New York City to train at Broadway Dance Center. While in New York she performed at various theaters including Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and performed work by Keenan Cooks, Shelia Barker, and Phil Orsano. Lauren also continued to share her passion for dance teaching and choreographing at multiple studios in New York. In 2020, Lauren moved back to Cincinnati where she continues to teach and choreograph to inspire the next generation of dancers.
